📅 CANCELLATION POLICY 📆 Cancellation & Rescheduling • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee charged to the card on file. 🏡 Home Studio Policy Saditty Beauty Studio is a private, home-based studio designed to provide a clean, comfortable, and personalized experience for each client. For safety, privacy, and to maintain a relaxing environment: • The exact address will be provided after your appointment is confirmed. • Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time — no early arrivals to respect privacy. • No additional guests are allowed unless approved in advance. • This is a professional business setting — all policies and expectations still apply. This space is created to give you a more intimate, one-on-one experience while maintaining the same level of professionalism, cleanliness, and care you’ve always received 🤍 📲 Confirmation Required All appointments must be confirmed by the morning of your scheduled service. If I do not receive a confirmation after multiple attempts, your appointment may be canceled and processed as a no-show. This policy helps protect my time and ensures availability for clients who are ready and confirmed to come in 💕 ⸻ ⏰ Time Change & Same-Day Booking Policy Once your appointment is booked, any changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance. After that window, changes are not guaranteed and will be accommodated at my discretion. Same-day appointments (booked within 24 hours) are subject to a $10 convenience fee. Clients are given a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your service may need to be shortened to stay on schedule or rescheduled if time does not allow — in which case it will be treated as a late cancellation and subject to a 50% fee. Please communicate if you’re running behind. I’ll always do my best to accommodate you while respecting every client’s time — including yours! ⸻ 🚫 No-Show Policy • No-shows will be charged 50% of the service total and may be required to pay in full for future bookings. ⸻ 💰 Deposits & Refunds • If you cancel in advance (before the 24-hour window), your deposit will be transferred to a future booking or refunded upon request. • If I (Saditty Beauty Studio) need to cancel or reschedule last minute, your deposit will be fully refunded or credited toward a future service. ⸻ ❌ Booking Ban • Multiple last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in being restricted from booking future appointments. ⸻ By booking, you agree to these terms.
