To get the best results from your waxing service, please ensure you have 3–4 weeks of hair growth. Exfoliating 24–48 hours prior to your appointment can help prevent ingrown hairs and improve wax adherence. Staying hydrated, wearing loose-fitting clothing, and avoiding caffeine on the day of your appointment can minimize sensitivity. You’re welcome to take ibuprofen or Tylenol about 30 minutes before your service to ease discomfort. And yes — if you’re on your cycle, you can still be serviced; just make sure to wear a tampon. Cancellation Policy

📅 Cancellation & Rescheduling • Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before their appointment to avoid fees. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee charged to the card on file. ⏰ Late Policy I understand that life happens! Clients are given a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your service may need to be shortened to stay on schedule, or rescheduled if time doesn’t allow—in which case it will be treated as a late cancellation and subject to a 50% fee. Please communicate with me if you’re running behind. I’ll always do my best to accommodate you when possible, but my goal is to respect every client’s time—including yours! 🚫 No-Show Policy • If a client does not show up for their appointment without notice, they will be charged 50% of the service total and may be required to pay in full for future bookings. 💰 Deposits & Refunds • If you cancel your appointment in advance (before the 24-hour window), your deposit will be fully transferred to a future booking or refunded upon request. • If I (Saditty Beauty Studio) need to cancel or reschedule your appointment last minute, your deposit will be fully refunded or credited toward a future service. I respect your time just as I expect mine to be respected. ❌ Booking Ban • Multiple last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in being banned from booking future appointments.
