📅 Cancellation & Rescheduling • Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before their appointment to avoid fees. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee charged to the card on file. 📲 Confirmation Required All appointments must be confirmed by the morning of your scheduled service. If I have not received a confirmation after multiple attempts to reach you, your appointment may be canceled and processed as a no-show. This policy helps me respect my time and yours, ensuring that appointment slots are available for clients who are ready and confirmed to come in 💕 ⏰ Time Change & Same-Day Booking Policy Once your appointment is booked, any time adjustments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. After that window, changes are not guaranteed and will only be accommodated at my discretion. Same-day appointments (booked within 24 hours of service) are subject to a $10 convenience fee. Please double-check your time before confirming to avoid any additional charges or scheduling conflicts. 💕 📲 Same Day & Flexible Booking Appointments are always available—don’t see a time that works? Feel free to text me directly for same-day openings or custom scheduling. I’ll always do my best to accommodate you. ⏰ Late Policy I understand that life happens! Clients are given a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your service may need to be shortened to stay on schedule, or rescheduled if time doesn’t allow—in which case it will be treated as a late cancellation and subject to a 50% fee. Please communicate with me if you’re running behind. I’ll always do my best to accommodate you when possible, but my goal is to respect every client’s time—including yours! 🚫 No-Show Policy • If a client does not show up for their appointment without notice, they will be charged 50% of the service total and may be required to pay in full for future bookings. 💰 Deposits & Refunds • If you cancel your appointment in advance (before the 24-hour window), your deposit will be fully transferred to a future booking or refunded upon request. • If I (Saditty Beauty Studio) need to cancel or reschedule your appointment last minute, your deposit will be fully refunded or credited toward a future service. I respect your time just as I expect mine to be respected. ❌ Booking Ban • Multiple last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in being banned from booking future appointments.
